Heart of Denver is dedicated to educating and bringing awareness to the unique and necessary role of Denver Health.
Denver Health has been treating and healing the Denver community for more than 160 years since its founding as City Hospital in 1860. From before Colorado was even a state, Denver Health has proudly provided care for all residents at every point in their lives with primary, specialty and acute care services such as urgent care, emergency and trauma.
In addition, Denver Health delivers broad care across the community through the Denver Health Paramedic Division, the Public Health Institute, School-based health centers, Rocky Mountain Poison & Drug Safety, and more.
